Aparsia is a Czech platform focused on facilitating investments in Bulgarian real estate. The client needed a complete digital solution: from a representative website through an admin portal to an integrated CRM system for managing clients and properties.

Challenge
The problem we had to solve
The main challenge was combining the credibility of an investment platform with ease of use for two completely different user types: potential investors seeking transparency and an internal team needing efficient tools for daily operations.

How we solved it
We designed a two-layer solution: a public website focused on conversion and trust, and a private admin panel with full control over properties, clients and documentation. The entire system is built on Next.js with a custom backend.
